Campaign Journal Excuse this ant while he rants... Hey, I could call it an “editorial” but unlike those bozos I’m running against, at least I tell it like it is. Can you believe Kerry? He makes it so easy for the Republicans, doesn’t he? He should be winning this puppy hands down what with all the horrors going down in Iraq: You know, the suicide bombings, car bombings, kidnappings, beheadings, sabotage, stop me if you’ve heard all this... Bush and Cheney say all is going to plan (this is a plan??) meanwhile Bush can’t even properly identify the names of terrorists in his stump speeches, and to cap it all off Senator McCain says that Bush hasn’t been “as straight as maybe we’d like to see” about the mess in Iraq. And when Senator Kerry isn’t changing his mind, he’s changing his staff. His latest position on the war is that he wouldn’t have invaded Iraq, given what we know now. In August, he said the opposite. And before that the opposite. And before that... It’s kind of funny in a sad way, but the topic of the war is something both of these guys don’t really want to discuss. George because he’s made such a dog’s breakfast of it, and John, because he’s yet to articulate a credible solution to the problem. So what are these guys gonna debate about?
